The Great Fire of London comes to Sandy

Over the last couple of weeks Aspen Class have been learning about Tudor homes and how they were made. We discussed wattle and daub and the various designs including the jetty that sticks out. The children designed their own homes which were made from cereal boxes and straw. Then we were lucky enough to have a visit from Sandy Fire station who were able to help us create our own fire, safely. It was a great learning experience.
