Yew class have been investigating the features of poetry.  They have been looking pattern and rhyme and how poems can make us spark emotions when read. We have read humorous and some sombre poetry. Together Yew have recited 'My Pet Dragon' and then for their own poems made their own pet dragon out of  salt dough, some children even named their Dragons! This helped inspire and produce some really fantastic adjectives to describe their pet Dragons.
