Salary: Level 2B point 3 to 5 (£18,562 to £19,312 pro rata)

Start date: 8th March 2021

We are looking for the right candidate to join our inclusive school from March 2021 to work under the direction and supervision of a class teacher or senior member of staff, to assist by supporting children who have been identified as requiring additional support. You will be supporting an effective learning and teaching environment through inclusive practice.

Main Purpose of the Role:

You will be supporting a Year 4 child with challenging behaviour on a 1:1 basis. You will play a crucial role in supporting the child's learning and integration within the rest of the class/group. It is important that you have previous experience working with pupils who have severe SEN needs and challenging behaviour in order ensure that you have the knowledge required to safeguard the pupil appropriately.

DBS Disclosure at Enhanced Level and a qualification check are required for this post.
